Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping Costs

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style! Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund and notify you when the item is back in stock.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the hygiene and quality of our swimwear for all our sun-seeking customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked sale merchandise
- Swimwear without Original Tags: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear with removed tags
- Worn or Altered Items: Any items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Dippin Daisys swimwear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement right away and cover all return shipping costs.
